Students4STL will accept donations of any size, with any frequency. Cash payments will be distributed periodically following fundraising events. Become a Student 4 STL by donating today!
The money given to our participating families has no strings attached; it can be used for food, rent, clothes, school supplies, or even holiday gifts. Everyone deserves the opportunity for financial independence.

The best indicator of future economic status is birth. Though opportunities for upward mobility still exist, it is becoming increasingly difficult to out-earn one’s parents. Poverty rates remain above 10% in the St. Louis area (as of 2019). For black individuals, this number is even higher (21.2%).
By helping to ease the burden of certain basic needs, cash relief can open the door for individuals and families to improve their financial situation. A donation to Students4STL represents a simple assertion – we all have the capacity to affect positive change… and this is just a first step.
